Do you charge a CPM cost?

No, there is no incremental cost to use intelligentVIEW to push audiences to media platforms.

Do you sell your own audience?

No, intelligentVIEW is a targeting platform with media activation. 

We’re not a media vendor. Whether you work with a media agency or have in-house media buying capabilities, you’ll continue purchasing media the same way you always have. 

Our platform helps you identify and create custom audiences, which you can then target consistently across various platforms.

What is intelligentVIEW’s digital reach?

intelligentVIEW, with 42 million IDs, has digital addressability for over 93% of Canada’s nearly 17 million households across ~780,000 residential six-digit postal codes.

What kind of match rate do you get on digital platforms?

We typically see a digital match rate that approximates the number of households where devices reside. 

Platform match rates are optimized for ID match and activity factors. If some IDs match but do not meet the platform activity criteria, they will not show up in your estimated audience size.

For example, if you have a million devices in your digital audience size, representing 500,000 households, you can expect to get an estimated audience size of around 500,000-600,000.

Does intelligentVIEW support Canada Post’s Electronic Shipping Tools (EST)?

Yes, CiG is a Smartmail Marketing Partner and intelligentVIEW output files are directly compatible with Canada Post Electronic Shipping Tools (EST).

Once you have created your carrier walk output from your report, you will have the option to select Houses, Apartments and/or Farms and to download the EST formatted file to use in your unaddressed neighbourhood mail (NM) campaigns.
