Navigating the platform

To access intelligentVIEW you must have login credentials.

Once your intelligentVIEW account has been set up you will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to set up your login credentials. If you have not yet received your login credentials please contact your company administrator or, CiG customer success manager (CSM). If you do not know your CSM or company administrator, you can reach us at support@consumerig.com.

Navigating intelligentVIEW

Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the intelligentVIEW main dashboard

The dashboard gives you easy access to the most commonly used Features, Audience Files and Insights Reports available to you in IntelligentVIEW. You can also use the left hand navigation bar to access the full set of features.

The tools have been organized into the following categories

• Define Audience – All the tools that are used to create an Audience File in intelligentVIEW. This includes file upload/merge, FSA Maps, and audience builders
• Profile Audience – The tools used to run analytics on files within IntelligentVIEW including profile and comparison reports.
• Activate Audience – Tools used for physical and digital media activation including carrier walks, digital audience creation and submission to DSPs

The Left-side navigation bar also gives you access to the full list of Projects, Audience Files, and Insights Reports created by your organization within intelligentVIEW

If your organization subscribes to add-ons or developed custom features, you will find it in the Featured Tools section on the dashboard. They will also be visible with a star in the side navigation menu. Custom Reports will be found in the “My Reports” section if your organization has subscribed to them.

Logging Out is possible at any time through the Profile Menu on the top right corner of the application, and the help centre re-directs you to this help site whenever you’re in need of assistance.
